If you hadn't already guessed from my previous blog posts that I'm in Spain then you know now. I'm here for work experience for a week and staying with my Auntie who lives out here (I'm pretty sure everybody has that Auntie who lives in another country).
With now being the weekend and my work experience not starting till the Monday, my first two days here have involved exploring Barcelona, relaxing on the beach and taking many photos (like so many that I've practically ran out of memory on my phone - help)
Anyway here's what I've been up to the past 2 days...
But first here are some ultra generic sky pics for you to enjoy
On the first night I arrived my Auntie and I went to Bikini Beach Club on Mataro Beach and drank Pina Colada's whilst watching the sunset - this was probably happening whilst you were at home watching TV.
Then on my first full day there we went into Barcelona and met up with three of my cousins who coincidentally were on holiday at the same time. We drank coffee and caught up whilst amidst traditional Spanish cobbled streets, market stalls and typical Spanish architecture.
Afterwards and being the total tourist that I am, I stopped outside the tourist attraction that is La Sangrada Familia for a photo whilst surrounded by countless number of selfie sticks and peace signs - tourists eh?!
That evening and with temperatures still mid 20's, we walked to the beach for a spot of sunbathing before heading home for dinner.
